When did you start blogging and how did you come to this idea?

Who is your style icon? Why?
Marie Antoinette is my style icon. As queen of fashion she was forward thinking, dynamic, elegant, soft, and light as a feather. Her sense of color and texture is a constant inspiration to my style ideals of feminity and charisma.

Biggest challenge is staying true to your vision, even if it means remaining less popular. Fashion is like dominoes and it is easy to get caught up on the trends of popularity. I remain true to myself, and living my life in a authentic, creative way.

What do you splurge on?
Anything that I feel is a one of a kind fashion piece. Rarity, artistry, quality and craftsmanship.
From your point of view, what is the notable trend for the upcoming season?
I see a comeback of flirty skirts, and corsets. There is an undeniable trend of cinching the waist, and it is inevitable the fashion choices will also follow.

I make a bit, but not much. you have to decide from the beginning what your goals are. For me, staying true to my fashion views outweighs any monetary gain.
What has been your most successful blog post till now and what was it about?
My most popular post was about fashion inspired by the uniqeness of snowflakes. It was an article titled, "Winter Secrets", and based on the rarity and beauty of a simple snowflake and how to add that to your personal style.
